基于灰色关联度的高速公路新建与改扩建项目造价影响因素对比分析研究

Comparative Analysis of the Influential Factors of the Highway new Project and Reconstruction Project Cost Based on the Gray Correlation Degree

随着交通量的增长,我国高速公路形成了新建和改扩建模式共同发展的局面。为了对比分析新建和改扩建项目的造价影响因素的差异,进而有区别地更好地控制项目造价。选取了7个高速项目的决算费用,采用灰色关联分析法,我们发现这些费用(路基工程费,路面工程费,桥梁涵洞工程费,管理、养护及服务房屋费,设备及工具、器具购置费,土地征用及拆迁补偿费)对总费用影响的程度差异性较大,是项目费用控制需要控制的主要影响因素。通过对新建和改扩建项目综合关联度分析比较,发现新建和改扩建项目在路基工程费、路面工程费、桥梁涵洞工程费、公路设施及预埋管线工程费、设备及工具、器具购置费上差异较大,对差异性原因做了详细的分析研究。

Along with the increase of traffic volume, Highway in our country has formed the situation in which new construction and reconstruction pattern common development. In order to analyze the differences between the new project and the reconstruction project of the cost influence factors, thus better distinguishing and controlling the project cost. We select the final accounts of the 7 highway project. Using the gray correlation analysis method, we find out that these costs, such as the roadbed construction costs, the road engineering costs, the bridge culvert engineering costs, the management, maintenance and service housing costs, the acquisition costs of the equipment and instruments as well as the land acquisition and relocation compensation expenses are the main influential factors of the controlling project costs, which also affect the total cost in an extent of big difference. Based on the new project and the reconstruction project of comprehensive correlation analysis and comparison, we found that thediscrepancyof the new project and the reconstruction project costs on the roadbed engineering costs, the road engineering costs, the bridge culvert engineering costs, the highway facilities and embedded pipeline construction costs as well as the acquisition costs of the equipment and instruments is obvious. And provided a detailed analysis of the cause of differences.
