摘要
高校科研团队由不同的利益主体组成,每个个体有各自不同的利益追求,他们能否在科学研究的过程中通力合作,使个体创造力产生协同效应,关键在于是否有良好的动力机制加以保障。笔者在深入剖析高校科研团队创造力形成的内外动力要素的基础上,从内部和外部两个角度设计高校科研团队创造力形成的动力机制,揭示了内部和外部动力要素推动个体创造力整合为团队创造力的机理和路径,并在理论分析的基础上提出了基于动力机制的高校科研团队创造力的提升策略。
A scientific research team of colleges and universities is made up of different stakeholders who have various pursuits of interests,whether they can give full cooperation in course of scientific research to enable the individual creativity to produce a synergy effect,the key lies in whether there is good dynamic mechanism as a guarantee. This paper designs the dynamic mechanism to form the creativity of scientific research team of colleges and universities from both internal and external angles,based on in- depth analysis of internal and external dynamic elements to form creativity of scientific research team of colleges and universities. The paper reveals the mechanism and paths to promote individual creativity to be integrated into team creativity by using internal and external dynamic elements. Finally,it puts forward the promotion strategies for the creativity of scientific research team of colleges and universities based on the dynamic mechanism on the basis of theoretical analysis.
