西藏瑞香狼毒总黄酮和总生物碱含量测定

Determination of the contents of total flavonoids and total alkaloids of Stellera chamaejasme in Tibet

为了研究西藏瑞香狼毒的药用开发与综合利用,试验采用荧光分光光度法和非水滴定法对西藏天然草原主要有毒植物瑞香狼毒不同物候期地上部分全草总黄酮和总生物碱含量进行测定。结果表明:瑞香狼毒花前期、花期和花果期总黄酮含量分别为0.410%、0.445%和0.471%;总生物碱含量分别为0.255%、0.308%和0.368%。说明瑞香狼毒总黄酮和总生物碱含量花果期>花期>花前期,花果期是瑞香狼毒药用开发的较好时期。

To study the exploitation and utilization of medicinal Stellera chamaejasme in Tibet,the fluorescence spectrophotometry and non- aqueous titration method were used to detect the contents of total flavonoids and total alkaloids from the aboveground part of Stellera chamaejasme,which was a major poisonous plant from the natural grassland in Tibet at different phenological phases. The results showed that total flavonoids of Stellera chamaejasme at early flowering stage,flowering stage and flower / fruiting stage were 0. 410,0. 445 and 0. 471%,respectively; and the contents of its total alkaloids were 0. 255,0. 308 and 0. 368 %,respectively. The results indicate that the contents of total flavonoids and alkaloids of Stellera chamaejasme in descending order are as follows： the flower / fruiting stage,flowering stage and early flowering stage; and the flower / fruiting stage is the better period to develop medicinal Stellera chamaejasme.
