股骨下段骨折行髓内钉与锁定钢板治疗的临床疗效对比

COMPARISON STUDY OF CLINICAL CURATIVE EFFECT IN PATIENTS WITH FRACTURE OF DISTAL FEMUR FRACTURES BY INTRAMEDULLARY NAILING AND LOCKING PLATE TREATMENT

目的分析运用髓内钉与锁定钢板治疗股骨下段骨折的临床疗效。方法定向选取2012年2月—2014年5月该院骨科收治的98例股骨下段骨折患者,以随机分组法均分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者实施锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者实施逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,对比观察二组患者临床治疗效果。结果依据Neer功能恢复百分评分法作膝关节功能指标评分,观察组患者评分显著高于对照组,整体治疗优良率较高(P<0.05)。且观察组患者6.12%的并发症发生率,相比对照组患者22.44%的并发症发生率明显较低,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论股骨下段骨折患者运用锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床效果,明显优于应用髓内钉治疗的患者。且应用锁定钢板内固定治疗便于膝关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性保障,在改善患者生活质量方面存在相应优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of using the intramedullary nail and the locking plate for the treatment of patients with lower femur bone.Methods From February 2012 to May 2014,98 patients with fracture of the femur under section admitted in author＇s hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,observation group of patients were given a locking plate internal fixation treatment,while control group of patients with implementation of retrograde interlocking treatment,then compared the clinical treatment effect between the two groups of patients.Results According to Neer function recovery percentage scoring method for knee joint function index score,score was significantly higher in observation group patients than control group,the overall treatment was higher（P〈0.05）.The complication rate in the observation group was 5.37%,significantly lower compared with the control group 19.64%,with significant difference between the two groups,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The clinical effect of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with fracture of the femur under section is significantly better than that of the intramedullary nail treatment.It can be easy to knee joint function recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance safety.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application with improving the quality of life in patients.
