芬太尼治疗晚期癌痛的临床疗效及生活质量分析

CLINICAL EFFICACY AND IMPACT ON LIFE QUALITY OF TRANSDERMAL FENTANYL IN ADVANCED CANCER PAIN

目的探讨晚期癌症疼痛患者接受芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗的止痛疗效、不良反应及生活质量。方法160例确诊晚期癌症出现中-重度疼痛的患者,接受了芬太尼透皮贴剂的镇痛治疗。结果治疗前NRS中位数(M)为(6.56±1.71)分,治疗15d后疼痛程度NRS中位数(M)降至(1.61±1.56)分(P<0.05),总有效率94%。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗晚期癌痛患者安全有效;患者满意度高。在患者的生活质量中,生理领域和自身存在领域需要得到更多的关怀。

Objective To evaluate the effects and side effects and quality of life of transdermal Fentanyl on dealing with the pain of advanced cancer patients.Methods A total of 160 patients diagnosed with advanced cancer,and with baseline NRS pain score 〉6,were included in this study.All patients received transdermal Fentanyl to treat cancer pain with the mean starting dose of 44.76μg/h,and 56.85μg/h on day15.Results The baseline pain intensity score was 6.56±1.71,On day 15,the mean pain score was decreased to 1.61±1.56（P〈0.01）.The effective rate was 94%.Conclusions Transdermal Fentanyl is safe,convenient,higher satisfaction with treatment and able to improve the quality of life.It can be recommended for the treatment of patients with moderate to severe cancer pain.In the quality of life,more care is needed in physical and spiritual aspects.
