急性期脑梗死60例患者行依达拉奉治疗的临床评价

CLINICAL EFFECT OF EDARAVONE IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CEREBRAL INFARCTION:A REPORT OF60 CASES

目的分析急性期脑梗死患者行依达拉奉药物治疗的效果。方法选取该院神经内科2012年6月—2014年12月收治的120例急性期脑梗死患者作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字法将120例患者均分为观察组与对照组,二组患者均给予常规基础治疗,对照组于常规治疗基础上加用胞二磷胆碱药物治疗方案,观察组于常规基础治疗之上联合依达拉奉静脉滴注治疗,对比二组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后二组患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表评分均得到了显著改善,观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);二组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论急性脑梗死患者临床应用依达拉奉药物治疗,可显著改善患者神经功能、生活能力,临床综合疗效显著,值得进一步应用推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Edaravone in acute phase of cerebral infarction patients.Methods Totally120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were selected as clinical research subjects in author＇s hospital from June 2012 to December 2014,and they were divided into treatment group and control group.Control group received a routine treatment combined with Citicoline,while the treatment group received a routine treatment combined with Edaravon,and then the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）;In the two groups of patients,neural function defect scale,daily life ability rating scale were significantly improved before and after treatment,the treatment group improved significantly better than control group,P〈0.05;There was no significant adverse reactions in two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,Edaravone can significantly improve the patients＇ neurologic,life ability.It is worth popularizing further application.
