复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF COMPOUND BIEJIARUANGAN TROCHE COMBINED WITH ENTECAVIR IN TREATMENT OF LIVER FIBROSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

目的观察复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果。方法将200例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为二组,对照组100例给予口服恩替卡韦进行48周治疗,观察组给予恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片进行48周治疗。结果二组患者肝功能指标改善;观察组患者的肝纤维化指标下降幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎能持续抑制病毒复制,显著促进肝功能恢复,降低抗肝纤维化指标,疗效优于单用恩替卡韦。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Compound Biejiaruangan Troche combination with Entecavir treatment for chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in the control group received Entecavir for 48 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was given Entecavir combined with Compound Biejiaruangan Troche for 48 weeks.Results The improvement of two groups of patients with liver function index was obviously;and liver fibrosis index in the treatment group of patients were decreased significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound Biejiaruangan Troche combined with Entecavir for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B can be sustained suppression of viral replication,significantly promote the recovery of liver function,reduce the anti liver fibrosis indexes.The curative effect is better than single well for Entecavir.
