摘要
针对某型号龙门数控机床工作台,利用Pro/E三维建模软件设计出两种工作台筋板的实体模型。以轻量化设计为优化目标,通过拓扑优化分析,合理配置结构,在拓扑优化基础上,提出利用ANSYS/Workbench有限元分析软件对工作台进行静动态特性研究。结果表明,在工作台质量略有降低的情况下,米字型筋板结构比原先的井字型筋板结构最大变形量减少29.7%,一、二阶固有频率分别提高18.5%和9.3%,提高了工作台的刚度,使其运动特性明显提升,为工作台的设计提供了理论依据。
According to the NC gantry machine tool,two different kinds of stiffened plates were designed.with the main optimization objective of lightweight design,the method of topological optimization was taken to verity the rationality of worktable structure,and then,obtained the static and dynamic characteristic of worktable with the help of ANSYS / Workbench software. The analysis result showthat maximum deformation of worktable was decreased by 29. 7%,and the first-stage and second-stage inherent frequency of the worktable were increased by 18. 5% and 9. 3%,at the same time,the mass of the worktable also met the design requirement. this analysis method of worktable improved the stiffness of worktable and provided a theoretical basis for the design of worktable.
