摘要
针对机加工设备上的自动上下料问题,提出了一种翻盖式上下料安全装置。重点描述了该装置的结构、工作原理和控制系统的设计与实现,采用了基于西门子工控机IPC677的软PLC控制方式,完全代替了传统的PLC控制,并且该自动上下料装置可以在软PLC的控制下,稳定可靠,高效地完成既定工作,目前在装配线上运转良好。整个安全装置系统的提出不但提高了发动机装配线的自动化程度,也对自动化装配行业具有非常积极的意义。
In order to achieve automatic loading and unloading on machining equipment,the paper proposed a novel structure design of clamshell loading and unloading safety device. The paper highlights the structure designing and working principle of the device and the clamp. M oreover,a soft PLC controlling method based on Siemens IPC677 was illustrated which has already taken the place of traditional PLC,which functions stably and reliably to load and unload the work piece in certain order automatically. The whole system has improved the degree of automation of assembly line and has a positive effect on the automation industry as well.
