主要介绍了果蔬洗涤盐的几个配方优化、筛选以及多项理化指标正交优化及其对残留农药的去除效果考察情况,以供同行们在研究此类产品参考。
This paper mainly introduces the optimization of formula, screening and orthogonal optimization of multiple physical and chemical indexes and its effect on the removal of residual pesticides of fruit and vegetable washing salt, which is of reference for the colleagues.
