摘要
激光发射机的信号调制方式对其传输信号的指标有很大影响,为满足噪声系数等指标要求,C波段频率以上射频信号主要采用M-Z调制器来加载调制信号。针对调制器使用中偏置点的控制方式进行了讨论,并重点研究了其中的导频法,从该方法在雷达和通信系统中应用时存在的问题入手,对已有的控制算法进行改进,设计了偏置工作点控制方案,经实际测试和工程化验证,表明其控制效果满足实用化需求。
The modulation of RF signal matters a lot to the performance of laser transmittion.For meeting the requirements on the indexes such as noise factor,the RF signal above the C band mainly applies M-Z modulators to modulate RF signal.In this paper,the methods of bias control in M-Z modulators were discussed and the pilot frequency was mainly studied.Starting from the problems of the method applied in radar and communication systems,the existing control methods were improved and new bias control circuitry was designed.Tests results and practical application indicate that the method of pilot frequency can meet the requirements of practical applictions.
