摘要
医疗端子的检测是保证端子质量的重要一环,而现有的检测手段主要是利用机械冶具进行检测。该方法存在如下缺陷:1)在检测时有机械磨损,会对端子pin脚造成一定的损伤;2)针对不同pin数的端子需要制作对应的冶具;3)难以对检测数据进行统计分析;4)检测结果在很大程度上取决于主观因素。为了改进现有的检测方法,研发了一套基于机器视觉的无损检测系统,该检测系统主要由相机、镜头、光源、工控机和软件系统等组成。首先由图像检测系统采集影像进入工控机内存,然后利用图像分割和特征提取等技术得到端子的角度数据,最后将产品的检测结果输出显示。经验证,该检测系统较好地解决了原有检测方法的不足之处,具有很大的工程实际意义。
The inspection of medical electronic connectors is very important to ensure the quality of the products. But the inspection method only uses mechanical mold now. This method has the following defects: ①It will cause some damage to the product. ②Different pin numbers need to make the corresponding fixture. ③It's difficult to analyze results. ③The resuits depend largely on subjective factors. For its shortage, we developed a set of inspection system based on machine vi- sion. This system consists of camera, lens, industrial computer, software etc.. Firstly capture images by the image acquisi lion system, and then use the image segmentation, feature extraction techniques to get the value of angle. Finally, output the results. After verification, this system solves these problem of original inspection methods successfully. So this system has great value in use.
