摘要
为了研究混料筒的混料效果,提高滚筒的混料效率,以烟丝为研究对象,对其整丝率进行研究。将复杂的内部混合过程通过离散元软件EDEM进行动态仿真,将内部复杂的混合过程进行可视化处理。应用该软件提取其相关的受力和速度等结果信息,为研究其混料过程提供了可靠的依据。通过运用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对叶片的受力变形进行仿真,结合烟叶材料的相关属性进行分析,得出了合理的混合条件,最终确定了加料机滚筒的旋转角度和转动速度等,为确定混料筒中烟丝的整丝率提供了可靠保障。
In order to study the effect of the mixture mixing barrel, use tobacco as the research object carries on a research to the rate of silk. The internal mixing process of complex dynamic is simulated by discrete element software (EDEM), which can be shown the process inside clearly, providing a reliable basis for the study; and then through the simulation using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench software of stress deformation on blade, to determine the final point, to place mixer barrel rotation speed provide design basis, and to ensure that the entire wire mixing barrel in the rate of tobacco.
