摘要 火力发电机组的节能措施多种多样,其中在负荷变化过程中运行参数的选取对机组经济性影响较为显著,也较易通过理论分析和试验论证加以改进。针对某火力发电厂330 MW汽轮机组,选取了5个负荷点,在不同主蒸汽压力下分别进行热力性能试验,结合试验结果得到机组经济性随负荷及主蒸汽压力变化的趋势,从而确定出了最优经济曲线,该结果对同类型同规模机组的节能优化具有借鉴意义。 The economy action in the thermal power generating units has always been highly valued, and measures relat ed to energy-saving are varied and numerous. However, how to choose running parameters during changing in the load has a big effect on economy of the unit, yet also it is to be improved through theoretical analysis and experiments. Based on checking the thermal function index test results which are carried out under different load and main steam pressure in a 330 MW-class turbine, we can see the trend that thermal efficiency varies with load and main steam pressure, and then determine the optimal-curve. In the field of energy saving and optimization, it may draw lessons from a meaning in similar units.
