摘要
莱钢特钢厂转炉炉倾系统设计较为落后,导致炉倾机械系统故障频繁,严重制约正常生产。为此进行系统优化,在未增加硬件的情况下通过软件调试和变频器功能开发,使现用的变频器实现可靠的零速满力矩制动控制功能,完全满足转炉炉倾负荷控制上的特殊要求。
Laiwu steel converter tilting system design was relatively backward, so furnace tilting mechanical system is frequent in fault, and seriously restricts the normal production. By optimizing the system without increasing the hardware, only through the development of software debugging and inverter functions, the general use of Siemens inverter can realize zero speed and reliable full torque braking control function, and fully meet the special requirements of converter tilting load control.
