摘要
利用化学气相沉积的方法,获得了有周期性纳米贴片的氧化锌纤维结构。通过采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等,对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,样品具有均匀周期性贴片纤维新型结构。讨论了样品由Sb诱导的VS机制,并对样品室温发光进行了测试。
The chemical vapor deposition method is used to obtain a periodic nano-zinc oxide fiber patch structure. By X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and other means of morphology, the struc ture of the samples were characterized. The results show that the samples with uniform periodicity fiber patch new struc ture. we discuss the VS mechanism of the samples which induced by Sb, and, the room temperature luminescence of sam pies are tested.
