摘要
形变硬化是金属材料强化的主要手段之一,也是在压力加工过程中获得变形均匀、质量一致制件的重要性能。试验研究了结构钢在变形过程中,不同的变形温度和变形速度对钢变形硬化指数的影响,为保证构件在偶尔过载时而不破坏具有重要的使用价值。
The strain hardening is one of the main means of strengthening metallic materials, also is an important property of consistent quality parts in the pressure process and uniform deformation. Experimental study is done on the structural steel during deformation,and effects of deformation temperature and deformation velocity different to steel strain hardening index is supplied. It has the important value to guarantee the member in the occasional overload without being destroyed.
