摘要
在企业-顾客共创价值创新理念指导下,顾企交互创新范式越来越为实践者推崇并引起理论界的广泛关注。然而,学界对顾企交互创新的认知并不深入,甚至将其与顾客参与创新相混淆。鉴于此,基于主导逻辑转变论证了顾企交互创新与顾客参与创新的本质区别,提出服务主导逻辑是顾企交互创新的核心理论基础。运用服务主导逻辑核心观点回答了顾企交互创新是什么这一基本问题,并从交互关系、交互内容、交互结构与交互过程4个方面阐述了顾企交互创新的运行机制。
Directing by the innovation paradigm of firm-customer value co-creation, firm-customer interactive innovation mode receives more and more attention by the practitioners as well as the researchers. However, we have poor understand- ing of the essence of firm-customer interactive innovation, and even confuse it with customer participation. Therefore, Based on the clarification of firm-customer interactive innovation from customer participation, this paper argues that service domi- nant logic is the core theoretical weapon of deep understanding firm-customer interactive innovation. Then, applying the viewpoint of service dominant logical, this paper defines what firm-customer interactive innovation is, and explains its oper- ation mechanism framework by focusing on the interaction relationship, interaction content, and interaction structure and interaction process.
