武汉高校教师的职业自我认知研究——基于微观政治理论视角

摘要 随着高等教育大众化的发展,高校教师这一群体也受到了越来越多的重视和关注。高校教师们如何看待自己的职业,哪些因素会影响他们的职业自我认知,文章采用调查问卷和访谈的方式,在微观政治理论的框架下,从自我形象、自我尊严、工作描述、职业动机和未来前景五个方面对武汉高校教师的职业自我认知做出了分析。 In the process of popularization of higher education, teachers in universities and colleges are attracting more and more attention. How do they view their profession and which factors will affect their professional self-understanding. Through questionnaires and interviews and in the framework of micropolitical perspective,the author makes an analysis of teachers' professional self-understanding from the perspectives of self-image,self-esteem, task description, job motivation and future perspective.
