循环农业产业链主体协同发展绩效与空间异质性

The Participating Subjects Collaborative Development Performance and Spatial Heterogeneity about Circular Agricultural Industry Chain

构建DEA—HR模型，实证分析循环农业产业链中专业协会组织的运行绩效及其空间异质性，探讨专业协会组织与农户的协同发展问题。研究发现：①在未考虑管理效率损失、环境变量及随机干扰等因素影响的情况下，专业协会组织运行的综合效率均值为0．888，纯技术效率均值为0．944，规模效率均值为0．940，且空间差异不大，较好地支撑了循环农业产业的发展。②在循环农业产业发展过程中，专业协会组织与农户建立了有效的衔接与协同发展机制，整体上处于“协调且一般有效”状态，但尚有45．6％的提升空间。农户在食用菌产业发展过程中对农业废弃物的转化利用效率偏低是主要影响因素。③专业协会组织与农户的协同发展存在一定的空间差异。仅湖北、福建两省处于“协调且较有效”状态，河北、辽宁、吉林和黑龙江4省处于“协调且一般有效”状态，其余省份处于“协调且无效”或“不协调”状态。

This paper builds DEA- HR model and uses the empirical analysis on circular agriculture industry chain in the operation performance of the professional associations and their spatial heterogeneity, and then discusses the issue of the coordinated development of professional associations and rural households. The results show that： ①Without considering management efficiency loss, environment variables and random interference factors, the comprehensive efficiency of professional association organization run average of 0.888, average pure technical efficiency is 0.944 and scale efficiency of mean value is 0.940. The space difference is not obvious ant it is proper to support the development of the circular agriculture industry; ②The coordinated development of professional associations and farmers performance of 0.544, the overall is in a state of ＂harmonious and generally valid＂, and there is 45.6% improvement space. The key influencing factor is that rural households＇ resource utilization efficiency of agricultural wastes is low; ③The coordinated development of professional associations and rural households in the spatial layout has certain regional differences. Only Hubei and Fujian provinces are in the state of ＂the harmonious and more valid＂, and Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces are in the state of ＂harmonious and generally valid＂, other provinces are in the state of ＂harmonious and invalid＂ or ＂inharmonious＂.
