汽车车锁零部件无氰碱性镀锌三价铬彩色钝化工艺应用

摘要 介绍了汽车车锁零部件无氰碱性锌酸盐镀锌后进行三价铬彩色钝化的工艺条件和钝化液日常维护方法,论述了镀锌前处理、镀锌、出光、钝化、清洗、吹干、烘干等主要工艺。对生产中常见的故障进行了分析,提出了解决方案。 The process conditions of trivalent chromium iridescent passivation for automobile door lock parts after cyanide-free alkaline zincate zinc plating and the method for routine maintenance ofpassivation bath were introduced. The main processes including pretreatment, zinc plating, bright dipping, passivating, rinsing, drying, and baking were described. Common faults existing in production were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were presented.
