摘要
针对传统铝合金硬质阳极氧化前处理工艺的不足之处,对其进行优化改进,以酸性脱脂清洗替代原工艺的碱蚀、酸蚀两道工序,新的工艺流程是:脱脂→水洗→非氧化部位遮蔽→酸性脱脂清洗→水洗→阳极氧化→水洗→封闭→去除遮蔽→清理包装。新工艺简化了流程,实现了常温前处理工艺操作,消除了氧化膜发花、露底的不良现象,拓宽了工艺操作范围,延长了溶液的使用周期,最终提高了工件合格率,降低了材料成本。
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional pretreatment process for hard anodic oxidation of aluminum alloy, an improvement was conducted. The previous alkaline etching and pickling are replaced by one-step acidic degreasing. The modified process flow is: degreasing → rinsing → masking the non-oxidation area → acidic degreasing → rinsing → anodic oxidation → rinsing → sealing → demasking → finishing and packaging. The modified process simplifies the procedure, realizes operation ate normal temperature, eliminates the defects of blurring and uncoverage, widens the ranges of process parameters, and extends the service lives of baths, improving the passing rate of workpiece and reducing the production cost.
