摘要 乙烯基硅橡胶耐油性差是众所周知的缺点。技术人员多采用共混改性的方法改善其耐油性,对添加剂的研究涉及较少。研究了新型耐高温油添加剂WLZ-NGY在乙烯基硅橡胶硫化胶中的应用情况,对比了不同用量的含WLZ-NGY乙烯基硅橡胶的热老化性能,及其分别在ASTM 1#油、ASTM 3#油、燃油C中的各项性能。 As we all know, the oil resistance of vinyl silicone rubber is unsatisfactory. Many efforts on blending and modification were made to improve it. In this paper, a new type of high temperatureoil resistance additive named WLZ-NGY is introduced to vinyl silicone vulcanizates. Different dosage of WLZ-NGY in the silicone were tested, and thus the heat agine properties and the performance of the silicone vulcanizates in ASTM 1^# oil, ASTM 3^# oil, Fuel C were compared respectively.
