Study on Performance Evaluation for High-skilled Talent

以实例方式说明了现行高职高专学生技能评价方式的失败及不足之处,并且,说明了其形成原因。在分析了高职高专人才培养目标的基础上,提出了一体化教学模式、加强教师实践能力培养、产学研合作的实践教学平台建设的解决方案。

Use an example to illustrate the failure and shortcomings of the current methods for vocational college student achievement evaluation,and explain the forming reason.Based on the analysis on the training goal of the high-skilled talent,it proposes the solutions of the integrated teaching mode and strengthens the teachers＇ practice ability.It also improves the construction of industry-university-research cooperation platform.
