以学习为中心的校长领导力与教师领导力关系研究 被引量:12

摘要 教师领导力是教师运用专业知识和技能影响学生、其他教师、家长等人员,最后达到改善学生学习的目的。以学习为中心的校长领导力包括高效领导必须关注的学生学习和成就的两个关键维度:核心成分和关键过程。核心成分是指校长或领导班子必须完成的——即提高学生学习能力和社会学习水平,关键过程是指领导完成核心成分任务的过程。本研究通过实证研究,构建了教师领导力内容结构的三因素模型及相关问卷,并用结构方程建模方法考察了以学习为中心校长领导力和教师领导力之间的关系。
