摘要
针对某企业激光打标机流水线自动控制系统存在的单位时间产能指标不能满足客户生产要求的问题,对流水线控制系统进行了优化设计。通过优化现有工业控制网络,把流水线控制系统并入工业控制网络,使全部现场控制器在同一网络互联状态,并加入"饱和预判"和"饥饿预判"分布式调度控制算法。并网后减少了流水线上执行机构等待时间,同时也减少了因多个执行机构动作冲突造成的产品不良现象。
For laser marking machine assembly line of automatic control system for an enterprise unit of time the is- sue of productivity indicators cannot meet the production requirements of customers and to optimize the pipeline con- trol system design. By optimizing existing industrial control networks pipeline,control systems parallel in industrial control network,so that all live in the same network interconnection state controller,and add "saturation anticipation" and "hunger anticipation" distributed scheduling control algorithms.After the network and reduce the waiting time of actuators on the assembly line,but also reduces the product due to multiple actuators unhealthy actions conflict.
