摘要
采用无线Zig Bee技术、CC2530芯片、GPRS通信技术,设计了一套无人值守换热站智能控制系统,实时监测换热站现场运行参数并对换热站供热进行智能控制。在控制器的设计中,结合Smith控制和模糊自适应PID控制的优点,提出了一种基于Smith预估补偿的模糊自适应PID控制器,进行了仿真并在微控制器中实现该智能算法。
Using wireless ZigBee technology,CC2530 chip,GPRS communication technology,a set of unmanned heat exchange station intelligent control system is designed. The field operation parameters of heat exchange station are monitored in real time and the heat exchange station is control intelligently. In the controller design,combining the advantages of Smith control and fuzzy adaptive PID control,a kind of fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed based on Smith predictor compensation. The principle of controller,the simulation of the intelligent algorithm and the real- ization in the micro controller are all introduced.
