摘要 ①目的应用冷酚法制备淋病奈瑟菌多糖疫苗,评价其体液免疫效果。②方法扩增细菌后,冷酚法制备淋病奈瑟菌多糖,分别应用低剂量和高剂量多糖抗原免疫家兔,运用絮状沉淀试验测定血清中抗多糖抗体效价。③结果低剂量多糖和高剂量多糖组的血清中抗多糖抗体效价分别为(1:381±0.004)和(1:269±0.008),差异统计学意义(P>0.05),说明低剂量和高剂量多糖抗原免疫效果一致。④结论成功制备淋病奈瑟菌多糖抗原,且低剂量和高剂量抗原的免疫效果无差异。 Objective Preparation neisseria gonorrhoeae polysaccharide vaccine by cold phenol method,and evaluate its humoral immune effect. Methods Amplify bacteria,preparation neisseria gonorrhoeae polysaccharide vaccine with cold phenol method,use low dose and high dose of polysaccharide antigen immunizing rabbits,apply flocculation test determine admeasurement the antibody titer of polysaccharide. Results The antibody titer of polysaccharide between the groups of low dose and high dose is( 1: 381 ± 0. 004) and( 1:269 ± 0. 008) respectively. So there didn't exist statistical difference( P〈0. 05). It states that the protective immunity of polysaccharide between the groups of low dose and high dose is accordance. Conclusion The exploratory behavior,the tensity,and the motion equilibrium capability of newborn mouse might be decreased given to be exposed cell phone radiation during embryo stage.
