During the construction of Zhentouba I Hydropower Station, Guodian Dadu River Zhentouba Hydropower Construction Company takes the ＂Five Controls＂ of safety, schedule, quality, investment and environmental protection as starting point to strengthen objective management and meticulous management, in which, the investment control is the focal point, and the project quality and efficiency improvements are core.
