枕头坝一级水电站定子铁芯组装工艺 被引量:1

摘要 枕头坝一级水电站4号机组定子铁芯采用穿心螺杆压紧、双鸽尾键定位。铁芯冲片采用单片一叠,交错搭接的叠片方式。叠片时分段压紧,并通过液压千斤顶对定子铁芯进行整体压紧。经实践证明,此定子组装工艺是可靠的。 The stator core of Unit 4 hydro-generator in Zhentouba l Hydropower Station is compacted by mandrel screws and positioned through double dovetail keys. The core punching is laminated by single-chip and overlapping manner, and the laminated core is compacted by a section way and then compacted by hydraulic jack to achieve an overall compression. The practice has proved that the assembly process of stator is reliable.
