大坍落度沙漠砂混凝土配合比设计试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 沙漠地区的中粗砂资源普遍较匮乏,在这些地区修建工程时,如利用当地沙漠砂作为细骨料配制混凝土可大大降低材料成本。但是按常规方法制备的沙漠砂混凝土存在流动性差、坍落度小的缺点,给施工造成不便,限制了沙漠砂资源的开发利用。为此,试验运用掺加机制砂、粉煤灰、高性能减水剂的方法成功制备了大坍落度沙漠砂混凝土,并从材料用量的角度研究了各参数对混凝土坍落度及抗压强度的影响规律,确定了水胶比为0.4时各参数的最优取值。 The general coarse sand resources are deficient in desert areas. If the desert sand can be used as the fine aggregate of concrete for constructing projects in desert areas, it could reduce material cost. Because the desert sand concrete made by conventional method usually has some shortcomings such as poor liquidity and small slump, it causes inconvenience in construction and limited in the utilization of desert sand resources. In this experimental study, the high slump desert sand concrete is prepared by adding fly ash, machine-made sand and high performance water-reducer, and the influences of mix parameters on slump and compressive strength from the view of materials amount are studied. The optimal mix parameters are proposed when the water cement ratio is 0. 4.
