摘要
测定23种摇蚊亚科摇蚊线粒体COI基因的部分序列,并结合从Gen Bank下载的25种该亚科摇蚊同源序列进行分析,研究摇蚊亚科物种的分类和系统进化关系.运用MEGA5.1构建的邻接法(NJ)和最大简约法(MP)系统发育树表明:多足摇蚊属复合体中的斑摇蚊属、倒毛摇蚊属、内摇蚊属、明摇蚊属聚在一支,亲缘关系较近;狭摇蚊属单独聚为一支;长跗摇蚊属群中的大部分属的亲缘关系也较近;哈摇蚊属群仅有部分属聚在一起,均与基于形态学的系统发育研究结果一致.
The molecular phylogenetic analysis on the generic level of Chironominae was conducted based on partial se quences of mitochondrial COI gene. The gene fragments of 23 species were determined and 25 species were downloaded from the Gen Bank in order to study the taxonomy and phylogeny of Chironominae. Phylogenetic analysis under the Neighbor-Joining(NJ)and Maximum Parsimony(MP) were performed in MEGA5. 1. The results showed that the genera of the Stictochironomus,Endochironomus,Phaenopsectra and Polypedilumn were sister groups in Polypedilum generic complex. The Stenochironomus genera formed another branch alone. Most of the genus in Tanytarsus generic complex were sister groups. A few of the genera in Harnischia generic complex were sister groups. These phylogenetic relationships had been supported by morphologic characters.
