摘要 介绍CRISPR/Cas9系统的基本结构、作用机制、脱靶效应以及在昆虫基因编辑和基因功能研究中的应用,并对该技术可能出现的问题及应用前景进行展望,为进一步将该技术应用于非模式昆虫的基因编辑和基因功能研究提供参考. This review summarizes the recent progress of the structure and principle of CRISPR/Cas9 system and the application in insect gene editing and gene function research. Then the possible problems of the technology and application prospects are discussed. This paper will provide the reference for the gene editing in insects and the application for the gene function research.
