敌百虫对蚯蚓体内几种解毒酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了解蚯蚓对有机磷农药敌百虫毒害的抗药性机制,采用滤纸接触法,将不同质量浓度的敌百虫作用于内蒙古赤峰市周边地区蔬菜大棚的蚯蚓,提取相应的解毒酶,用试剂盒和酶标仪等测定酶活性.结果显示:经不同质量浓度的敌百虫处理后,蚯蚓体内的谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTs)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)和羧酸酯酶(Car E)活性均先随着敌百虫质量浓度的增大而增加,达到峰值后,随着敌百虫质量浓度的进一步增大,3种解毒酶的活性下降.敌百虫质量浓度为0.06 g/L时,GSTs活性达到最大;敌百虫质量浓度为0.04 g/L时,ACh E和Car E活性最大,GSTs的活性也较高. In order to learn the resistant mechanisms of earthworm to the poison of organophosphorus pesticide trichlorphon,the healthy earthworms from vegetable greenhouse around Chifeng city were exposed on the filter paper,which was treated with different mass concentrations of trichlorphon. Then,the enzymes were extracted for activity analysis. Kits and ELIASA were employed to test the enzymatic activity. The results showed that after treated with different mass concentrations of trichlorphon,the activities of glutathione transferase(GSTs),actylcholinesterase(ACh E)and carboxylesterase(Car E)in the earthworm body firstly increased with the increase of trichlorphon mass concentrations,then the activities of three detoxifying enzymes decreased with the increase of trichlorphon mass concentrations after the peak curve. When the trichlorphon concentration was0.06 g/L,the activity of GSTs was the largest and when the trichlorphon concentration was 0.04 g/L,the activity of ACh E and Car E was the largest,the activity of GSTs was also higher.
