摘要
作为高校教学管理的重要一环,教师考评不仅对学校的整体发展有着积极的推动作用,对教师个人的个体发展和教育教学水平的提高同样有着重要的影响。以文化为视角,依托霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论,考察中国传统文化变量对于教师考评的影响,指出教师考评融合异域文化的必要性,从而实现异域教师考评制度与中国文化的有机融合。
As an important part of university teaching management, teacher evaluation not only has played a positive role in the overall development of university, but also has an important impact on promoting the development of individual teacher and the education teaching level. From the view of the culture and on the basis of Hofstede' s cultural dimensions theory, to study the effect of Chinese traditional culture variable for teacher evaluation, and point out the necessity of the integration of exotic culture, thus achieve the fusion between the foreign teacher evaluation system and Chinese culture.
