摘要
针对某钢厂转炉煤气风机在运行中出现叶轮裂纹的情况,对裂纹产生的可能原因进行排查。采用有限元分析法,对离心风机进行静态分析和模态分析。静态分析运用材料力学对风机各部件的强度进行校核,结果表明其安全系数满足生产条件。模态分析结果表明,裂纹产生的实际原因为轮盘的三阶振型固有频率与激振频率发生共振。对提出的解决方案经现场运行验证,证实该方案可有效避免风机裂纹的产生。
The reason which caused the cracks on the fan impeller of converter gas during operation in a certain steel plant was analyzed.FEM was used for the static and modal analysis of the centrifugal fan,and the strength of different parts of the fan was verified by the material mechanics in the static analysis,which indicates that the safety coefficients of the fan satisfy production requirements.The results of modal analysis show that the cracks result from the resonance of inherent frequency of third mode of vibration with excitation frequency for the impeller.The proposed solution has been validated by the experimental results from the field operation,which can prevent the generation of cracks on the fan impeller.
