摘要
"卓越计划"专门要求是针对我国工程教育教学改革需要和提升工程教育的国际竞争力而专门提出的要求,归纳起来共10条、涵盖6个方面:学校标准制定,课程体系和教学形式改革,教师队伍建设,校企联合培养,工程教育面向世界,学校支持保障。"卓越计划"质量评价的重点和难点在于针对专门要求的评价检查,它既要准确把握专门要求的本质内涵、客观公正地进行,又要能够鼓励不同试点专业发挥优势、办出特色。本文从试点专业和评估专家两个角度全面分析和研究每条专门要求,使得双方对专门要求均有系统深刻的理解和把握,以在继续实施"卓越计划"的过程中更好地贯彻落实专门要求,高效地开展和接受对专门要求的评价。
Special requirements (SRs) of the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE) are put forward specially in accordance with the need to reform engineering education in China and to promote its international competitiveness. SRs have altogether ten item that cover the following six aspects: formulation of university standards; curriculum system and teaching mode reform; faculty team building; university-enterprise partnership; world-oriented engineering education; and university support and endorsement. The key to PETOE quality evaluation is the evaluation and examination of SRs. It should not only accurately grasp the intrinsic essence of SRs and be conducted objectively and fairly, but also encourage different pilot disciplines to exploit their advantages and uniqueness. This paper analyzes and examines each SR item comprehensively, from the perspectives of both evalua- tion experts and pilot disciplines, to ensure that both sides systematically and profoundly understand and master all SRs, so that they can launch or receive the SR evaluation efficiently and the SRs can be met in the continuous process of PETOE implementation.
