摘要
师门研讨会是导师影响学生的最主要场域,也是导师与学生交流、互动的最主要方式。师生的互动与参与情况会影响研讨会的学术效果和学生的自我成长。本文以社会网络分析作为研究范式,分析了Y师门学术研讨互动网络的微观结构特征和互动行为背后的原因。
A supervisor's seminar is a major channel through which a supervisor influences his/her students and the most important means of supervisor--supervisee exchange and interaction. It can create an academic environment where the supervisor and supervisees share knowledge and exchange ideas, motivating students to study autonomously and think critically. How well the supervisor and super- visees interact and participate affects not only how well a seminar fares academically but also the super- visees" self--growth. In this paper, the authors employ social network analysis as the research paradigm and analyses the characteristics of the interactive network and the reasons for interactive behavior during a supervisor's seminar held by Professor Y.
