不同基因型棉花苗期耐涝性与养分吸收利用差异分析

Genotypic Variation of Waterlogging Resistance and Nutrient Uptake and Utilization of Cotton Cultivars at Seedling Stage

摘要 以27个基因型不同的棉花品种/系为试验材料,经设置没顶水淹处理,并对不同基因型棉花苗期耐涝性与养分吸收利用差异分析,研究棉花苗期耐涝性的基因型差异。结果表明,棉花苗期耐涝性存在明显的基因型差异。苏棉13号等8个品种/系对水淹处理高度敏感,死苗率均为100%,为敏感型品种/系;苏棉12号等10个品种/系对水淹处理表现出不同程度的耐性,死苗率在10%~80%之间,为中间型品种/系;徐州184等9个品种/系对水淹处理表现出较强的耐性,死苗率均为0,为耐涝型品种/系。进一步分析发现,耐涝型和中间型品种/系在正常和水淹条件下干物质积累量、矿质养分吸收量和养分利用指数等方面均高于敏感型品种/系。 27 cotton cuhlvars in different genotypes were chosen as tested materials,genotypic variation of waterlogging resistance and the nu- trient uptake and utilization of cotton cultivars at seedling stage were analyzed, and their genotypic variations were studied by comparisons of submergence treatments with control. The results showed that throe were significant genotypic variations among these cultivars in watorlogging resistance. Eight cultivars were highly susceptible to submergence, and their death rotes 100 % (Susceptible Type). Ten cultivars were me- dium susceptible to submergence, and their death rates between 10 % and 80 % ( Medium Type). Nine cultivars were highly tolerant to submergence, and their death rates were all zero (Tolerant Type). Further analysis found that Tolerant Type and Medium Type cultivars had advantages on dry mass, nutrient uptake and nutrient utilization, compared to Susceptible Type cultivars.
