丛生印度南瓜光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解印度南瓜获得中国南瓜丛生性状后是否影响其光合作用等生理生化变化,本研究利用Li-6400光合测定仪测定了5份转育后代丛生印度南瓜材料及创制时所涉及的种间杂交材料(P丛162)和轮回亲本材料(P半丛8173、P半丛8188、P长8199)光合速率和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,通过种间转育获得的参试丛生印度南瓜材料,净光合速率和荧光参数与轮回亲本相当或更优。利用半丛生材料和长蔓材料为轮回亲本获得丛生印度南瓜材料B731、B732和B881,测量其净光合速率(Pn)、光化学淬灭(q P)、表观电子传递速率(ETR)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm),发现与其丛生性状来源材料中国南瓜P丛162相当或更高。丛生南瓜材料光合效率与轮回亲本光合特性有相关性。 When Cucurbita maxima was obtained for bush gene from Ccucurbita moschata through hybridization, we need to kown whether physiological and biochemical of progenies were changed significantly. Photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leave of 5 progeny pumpkin germplasms (C. max/ms) and recurrent parents were measured by the Li-6400 (Li-Cor Inc, America). Meanwhile, germplasm used for interspecific hybridization was also measured. Tharough using interspecific transfer breeding method, we can obtain bush progenies of C. maxima that net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were nearly or better, com- pared with bush or semi-bush or long vine trait recurrent parents. The net photosynthetic rate ( Pn), photochemical quenching coefficient (qP), photosynthetic electron transport rate (ETR) and maximal photochemical effciency of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fm) of bush progenies of C. maxima that used semi-bush C. maxima as recurrent parents were approximate or higher than parent germplasm C. moschata P丛 162 that have bush trait. Photosynthetic coefficient of bush progenies was related with photosynthetic characteristics of recurrent parents.
