摘要
稻瘟病是危害水稻最严重的真菌病害之一。文章利用稻瘟病菌株J32-6和水稻品种(LTH、J6、J27)构成不同亲和的互作关系,分析了在互作中水稻信号传导途径关键酶合成基因和4个防御反应病程相关蛋白基因的诱导表达。结果表明,稻瘟病菌J32-6诱导了亲和与非亲和互作中水稻Os LOX、Os AOS和Os PAL酶合成基因的表达,表明在与J32-6互作中水稻品种(系)LTH、J6和J27启动了茉莉酸和水杨酸防御反应信号传导途径。在非亲和的互作反应中,稻瘟病菌能不同程度地诱导水稻Os PR1a、OsPR1b、Os PR3-1和Os PR4基因的表达,从而有效激活了防御反应系统,使水稻品种J6和J27表现为抗病;而在亲和的互作反应中,多数Os PR基因的表达水平低、时间短或没有表达,水稻品种LTH表现为感病。
Rice blast is one of the most serious disease of rice. The induced expressions of key enzyme genes of plant signaling pathway and four pathogenesls-related ptolein genes were analyzed in rice leaves by using three rice varieties (LTH, J6 and J27) and one special blast i- solate (J32-6). The results showed that OsLOX, OsAOS and OsPAL were induced by isolate compatible and incompatible interactions. Jas- monate and salicylate dependent defense signaling pathways were activated. OsPRIa, OsPR1b, OsPR3-1 and OsPR4 were expressed for lon- ger time in the leaves ef incompatible rice plants, so J6 and J27 exhibited disease resistance. While most of OsPR were expressed for lower, short time or non expresoion in the leaves of compatible rice plants, so LTH was susceptible to rice blast.
