摘要
为了给石斛属植物种质资源保护和开发利用提供参考,采用ISSR技术从DNA水平探讨9种石斛的亲缘关系和遗传多样性。结果表明,所采用的8条引物共扩增出71个位点,其中多态性位点67个,多态位百分率94.4%,平均每条引物扩增条带数为8.9条;样品间的GS在0.56~0.80,在GS=0.586处将9种石斛植物分为4个大组,并且亲缘关系较近。
In order to provide reference for genetic information in germplasm protection and utilization of Dendrobium, genetic relationship and diversity in nine kinds of Dendrobium were analyzed by eight primers of ISSR. The results showed that 71 loci were detected. There were 67 polymorphie loci among them, and the polymorphic ratio was 94.4 %, and average amplified bands were 8.9 by every primer. The 8e- netic similarity ranged from 0.56 to 0. 80. Nine wild species of Dendrobium could be clustered into four groups at C,S = 0. 586, and these species in lab test had a higher contiguous genetic relationship.
