烟叶常规化学成分与7项有害成分释放量的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 为研究烟叶常规化学成分与7项有害成分释放量的相关性,重点选择云南省内及省外烟叶进行了常规化学成分(烟碱、总氮、总糖及蛋白质)和7项有害成分(一氧化碳、苯并芘、苯酚、氨、氰化氢、巴豆醛、N-亚硝胺)的测定,分别从部位、地区、等级等方面对其进行了相关分析。结果表明,上部烟叶常规化学成分与7项有害成分的相关性更为显著,其氨及危害性指数均与烟碱、总糖及蛋白质呈显著相关;昆明地区烟叶巴豆醛含量与烟碱、总氮、总糖及蛋白质含量显著相关;红河地区烟叶危害性指数与烟碱含量呈极显著正相关;云南省外烟叶氰化氢及危害性指数与蛋白质含量显著相关;红大及K326中烟碱含量对氨、苯酚及危害性指数有一定的影响。另外,整体相关性随部位、地区、等级的不同有所差异。 In order to research relationships between routine chemical components and seven harmful components, the routine chemical com- ponents (nicotine, total nitrogen, total sugar and protein) and seven harmful components ( carbon monoxide, benzopyrene, phenol, ammo- nia, hydrogen cyanide, croton aldehyde, N-nitrossumines) in tobacco leaf from Yunnan or other provinces were determined, and their rela- tionships were evaluated with correlation analysis. The results showed that: The delivery of ammonia and hazard index were significantly cor- related with nicotine, total sugar and protein in upper leaf. The delivery of croton aldehyde was significantly cone]areal with nicotine, total nitrogen, total sugar and protein in leaf from Kunming area, and hazard index were affected efficiently by nicotine in leaf from Honghe area, while the delivery of hydrogen cyanide and hazard index were significantly correlated with protein in leaf from other provinces. For tobacco with different varieties, nicotine could affect the delivery of ammonia, phenol and hazard index. In addition, the correlation difference be- tween the whole sample and classification sample was obvious.
