摘要 为解决目前风电缺乏全面有效的评价体系,促进风电健康有序发展,基于实用性考虑,提出从运行水平、开发利用水平、经济性和社会性4个方面对风电接入电网进行全面和系统的评价。提出从风电场和电网运行的角度进行运行水平评价,从已开发利用和未开发潜力的角度进行开发利用水平评价,从上网电价的角度进行经济性评价,从节能减排的角度进行社会性评价,提出了完整的评价指标体系,给出了指标定义,解释了指标含义,并分析了指标当前的平均水平,提出的评价体系覆盖面全,计算简单,具有较好的实用性。 To solve the problem of lack of comprehensive and effective evaluation system on wind power currently and promote the healthy and orderly development of wind power, the comprehensive and systematic evaluation of wind power grid connection is proposed from the level of operation, development and utilization, economy and society aspects based on the practical consideration. The operation level evaluation is executed from wind farms and grid operation point. The development and utilization level of development and utilization is executed from the developed and untapped potential. The economic evaluation is executed from electricity price. The social evaluation is executed from energy saving and emission reduction. The complete evaluation system is proposed, and the index definition is given. The index meaning is explained, and the index average current is analyzed. The evaluation system is proposed in this paper with full coverage, simple calculation and strong practicality.
