摘要
通过开展能源统计分析工作,在已有能耗统计基础上,联系生产实际,选用适当的统计分析方法对大量统计数字进行深加工,将炼铁工序能耗进行单耗分解统计,按其构成确定统计分析重点为燃料消耗;通过燃料消耗的回归分析,求解出各区域高炉最为合理的燃料消耗区间;用统计分析法结合工艺计算发现现场煤气计量存在的问题并加以改进,从而为制定能源计划、降低工序能耗、增加效益提供科学的决策依据,实现炼铁系统节能,年节约标准煤5 000余t。
Based on the statistical energy consumption existing, combining energy statistical analysis with production practice, the appropriate statistical analysis methods for deep processing of a large number of statistics was adopted. The unit consumption in ironmaking process fuel consumption can be decompounded statistic, The focus of statistical analysis is fuel consumption according to its consumption. Using regression analysis for each region the most reasonable blast furnace fuel consumption interval can be solved. Combined with the process of calculation, it is found that there is the scene of gas measurement problems and improved with statistical analysis method, implementation of energy saving in ironmaking system, standard coal 5 000 t was saved in about 5 years.
