摘要
设计了一种伺服电机转子位置解码系统的方案。采用旋转变压器作为传感器,AD2S1210将旋转变压器的输出信号进行解码,解码信号送给DSP进行相应的处理,与此同时DSP控制AD2S1210选通模式。重点介绍了解码芯片的外围电路、激励驱动电路,并对检测的数据进行相应的介绍说明。实验表明,该系统具有高可靠性和精确度高的特点。
A servo motor rotor position decoding scheme was devised. It used rotary transformer as a sensor, AD2S1210 decoded output signal of rotary transformer, the decoding signal was sent to the DSP for the corresponding processing, meanwhile the DSP controlled strobe mode of AD2S1210. The article focused on the peripheral circuit and incentive drive circuit of the decoding chip, then the detection data were introduced accordingly. The experimental results showed that the system possessed the characteristics of high reliability and high precision.
