摘要
针对目前印刷专业高校教学中对印刷机内外部构造及其工作流程可视化的需求,提出了印刷流程虚拟演示的方案。通过Virtools平台搭建"印刷机虚拟教学系统"来模拟仿真演示印刷机的工作流程并且可以实时展示印刷机内外部结构。为了让交互时有更加逼真的体感,同时保证系统运作的流畅,研究了动态生成技术、碰撞检测技术以及层次模型处理方法。结果表明基于虚拟样机技术的印刷系统仿真研究对于学生学习了解印刷机内外部构造以及印刷流程有着十分显著的效果。
Because the printing professional in colleges and universities teaching demand for printing machine internal and external structure and its working flow visualization, the printing process virtual demonstration scheme is put forward. Through the Virtools platform building "Printing Machine Virtual Teaching System" ,it simulates and demonstrates the printing process of printing machine and shows the printer internal and external structure. To make interaction more realistic body feeling, at the same time ensure that the system operation is fluent, the dynamic generation technology, collision detection technology and method dealing with hierarchical model were studied. The results show that the 3D virtual interactive technology applied in teaching printing for students to understand the printer internal and external structure and printing process has a significant effect.
