摘要
针对战时传统装备抢修力量派遣模糊、效率低下等问题,结合企业流程思想,以装备抢修力量为研究对象,以抢修任务需求为导引,以分解提炼出可单独实施的抢修任务为重点,以抽调与抢修任务相匹配的装备抢修单元为着力点,以按需聚合装备抢修单元为落脚点,建立了战时面向需求的装备抢修力量聚合模型.最后,实例应用了装备抢修力量聚合模型,为快速而高效派遣装备抢修力量提供了一种新思想.
Aiming at these problems of dispatch fuzzy and efficiency low of the conventional equipment maintenance force in wartime,the paper develops the aggregation model of equipment maintenance force based on demand after combining business process idea.The method is that equipment maintenance force to be the object of research,the maintenance demand to be the guide,the maintenance missions of decomposition refining which can be implemented separately to be the focal point,the deployed maintenance unit which can match these maintenance missions to be the core point,the equipment maintenance unit in accordance with the demanded aggregation style to be the foothold point.Finally,the paper applies the aggregation model,which provides a new idea for quick and efficient dispatch maintenance support force.
