高职课程内容与职业标准对接的实现路径 被引量:4

摘要 现代课程理论之父泰勒在其《课程与教学的基本原理》中指出,制定课程目标、编排课程内容、组织教学方式与评价学习结果之间具有不可分割的联系。将职业资格标准融入高职课程标准、课程教学内容、课程教学方式和课程评价之中,从实践层面真正实现高职课程目标与职业工作需求对接、教学内容与职业岗位任务对接、教学方式与职业工作过程对接、效果评价与职业能力素质对接,是高职课程内容与职业标准对接的实现路径。本文以管理类专业职业基础课程公共关系为例,从上述四个方面探讨了高职课程内容与职业标准的对接。 Taylor, father of modern curriculum theory, in his book Basic Principles of Curriculum and Teaching once pointed out that "there exists the inseparable link among course objectives, arrangement of curriculum content, teaching ways and evaluation results of learning". As a matter of fact, it is necessary to integrate professional qualification standards into higher vocational curriculum standards, curriculum teaching content, teaching methods and curriculum evaluation, which can truly achieve the linkages in higher vocational curriculum objects and professional requirements, teaching contents and professional post tasks, teaching methods and professional process, result evaluation and professional abilities. This paper, taking the course Management of Public Relations as an example, discusses the linking of higher vocational curriculum content and professional standards from the above four aspects.
