摘要
高校发展的关键是教师,不同类型高校的教师专业成长不同,应用性本科高校教师的发展是教师"教学学术"的发展,这是应用性本科高校的办学定位、教师教研的协同、高校教学质量等因素决定的,为实现应用性本科高校教师"教学学术"的发展,高校需要树立"教学学术"观念,明确"教学学术"对教师专业发展的意义,建立"教学学术"与科研并重的职称评审体系,构建以"教学学术"为中心的多样化发展模式。
The key of the development of colleges lies in teachers. In different kinds of colleges, teachers' professional growth is quite different. The development of applied undergraduate colleges is the teachers' "scholarship of teaching". It is determined by colleges' orientation, teachers' teaching and research cooperation, colleges' teaching quality, etc. For the development of"scholarship of teaching" in applied undergraduate colleges, it is necessary to establish"scholarship of teaching" concept and to demonstrate the significance of it for the teachers' professional development. This paper also discusses the establishment of the professional ranks evaluation system based on "scholarship of teaching" and the scientific research as well as the construction of the diversified development patterns.
